TOUR PRICING*:

  • Based on the number of persons in party

  • Trip length

  • Pick up/drop off city

  • Accommodation preference, i.e. basic, standard or luxury, riad or hotel

  • Season

  • Per person based on double occupancy; single supplement applies




BOOKING POLICY:

  • 40% deposit required upon booking 

  • Balance due 60 days before start of trip, unless COD arranged with guide

  • PayPal accepted with 5% transaction fee - pay to TrulyMoroccoCustomTours@gmail.com

  • Bank wire accepted with 3% transaction fee

  • Itinerary will be confirmed via email once payment received

  • We will make every effort to accommodate amendments to original booking depending on availability. Up-charges may apply.

CANCELLATION:

  • Full refund applies 61 days in advance of departure date, less $250 admin fee per booking and any reimbursed expenses such as hotel deposits.

  • Credit only within 60 days of departure. This can be used for an alternate trip within 6 months of original departure date. Any up-charges for accommodations, guides, etc. will apply.

  • We will make every effort to mirror original booking depending on availability. Up-charges may apply.

  • No refunds or credit given within 30 days of departure date. The only exceptions are if a government travel restriction is issued or a large-scale utility outage caused by an act of God. The policy will only apply to events in occurring in Morocco. Events that impact a guest’s ability to travel to Morocco are not considered.


INSURANCE:

  • We do not include traveler’s insurance in our packages but it is highly recommended for unforeseen circumstances. Squaremouth.com has a variety of affordable plans to suit every need.


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Truly Morocco will fulfill all obligations of the trip ordered and paid for by the client. Safety is our number one priority, therefore, it may be necessary to alter the route or itinerary if such conditions arise.


  • Truly Morocco will not be responsible for participant failure to provide necessary documents such as passport and/or visa. Nor will we be held liable for any circumstances beyond our control such as delays, weather, political or social conditions, or participant conduct which warrants action on our part for the safety of the group. We cannot be responsible for any participant action causing accidents or death. It is expected that each participant will adhere to the instructions of the driver/guide for their own safety.

COMPLAINTS:

  • It is our mission to ensure your visit with us is a safe and wonderful experience. Should there be any complaint whatsoever it should be addressed immediately with your driver/guide so a suitable solution can be found. 

PRIVACY:

  • Your private information will never be shared with anyone outside of our staff. Be advised you will be required to present your passport during lodging check in.
